Integrity M&E was established in 2012 in Canada by Dr Yarub Al-Shiraida (CEO), who left his profession as an electrical engineer to embark on a new journey in Humanitarian work. His new-found passion led him to work in Iraq, Yemen, Sierra Leone, Syria, Turkey and Kosovo among other countries.
Integrity M&E provides independent “eyes and ears” on the ground and employs the power of evidence to build better results. We provide high-quality TPM services to our clients and partners and contribute to inspiring adaptive programming, new project design, and broader strategic changes to maximize development effectiveness, addressing the best practices and improved delivery of services for targeted beneficiaries. Our multinational team has extensive sectorial experience through working with different donors in some of the most challenging conflict/post-conflict contexts.
We work in fragile, conflict-affected, and post-conflict contexts where reliable data is hard to collect. Our area of operation includes some of the most insecure contexts in the world, including Syria and Iraq with strategic expansion for Yemen, South Sudan, and Libya. We work effectively in these areas because we have leveraged the local resources through our experience to create a well-equipped professional team. Our remote-training capabilities enable us to thrive in the non-permissive environments that are common in areas of extreme fragility, and our learning approach allows us to continually adapt to the instability of these environments.
